Instantly converting your existing machine tool to High

All spindles are continuously rated even at maximum rpm

HFK range of spindles offer speeds up to 60,000rpm and peak
    power of 23 KW

The HFK spindle range has been especially developed to allow companies of all sizes to experience the gains in productivity that can be achieved through High Speed Cutting (HSC) / High Speed Machining (HSM) operations.

The "Plug & Go" machine tool spindles are designed to fit quickly and easily into both horizontal and vertical machining centres, hence the name "Plug & Go" spindle. It can take as little as a tool change less than 5 seconds to convert your existing machine to high speed. These spindles are available with all standard machine taper adapters (BT - SK - CAT - HSK), enabling the spindle to fit straight into your existing machine tool without any special modification.

The "Plug & Go" spindle with its high speed and high power gives you outstanding performance for fine detailed milling, engraving, drilling and hard machining of precision mould and die work, it can also be used for many other high speed machining applications cutting metals such as steel, graphite, aluminium, composites and plastics.

HFK 95
The HFK 95 is the smallest in this range of spindles and has been specially designed for production machines with Automatic Toolchanger. It is lightweight, air cooled and with automatic electrical connections.
HFK 90
The HFK 90.1 has been designed for European, USA and Asian markets with a 220 V AC motor, water cooled housing offering higher power and torque than the HFK 95 spindle with air cooling.
HFK 135
The HFK 135 spindles are the most powerful in this range providing more power and torque than either the HFK 95 or HFK 90 spindles. The HFK 135 is available from 24,000 to 40,000rpm & 8KW S1 power rating.
